انعقاد مجلس الأعيان الاستشاري للجمعية القيادية اليمنية الامريكية عقد مجلس الأعيان الإستشاري للجمعية القيادية اليمنية الأمريكية إجتماعه الشهري يوم أمس بحضور كل من : رئيس المجلس الأستاذ عبدالملك الوجية ومقرر المجلس الدكتور غالب الحميقاني وكذللك الأعضاء التالية أسماؤهم : الأستاذ جمال صالح الأستاذ فيصل محرم الأستاذ معاذ الموجري الأستاذ محمد دهسان الدعيس المهندس معمر الغزالي الاخ عبد العزيز جوبح وقد تم في الإجتماع طرح ومناقشة الأجندة التالية : 1- أنشطة الجمعية وبرامجها القادمة وكيفية التحضير لها ودور مجلس الأعيان فيها. 2- توزيع إستمارات التعهدات (Pledges) من أجل تعبئتها وإعادتها إلى مسئول تحصيل التبرعات التي ستختاره الهيئة الإدارية. 3- البحث في كيفية تفعيل دور مجلس الأعيان وطرح مقترحات لتحسين الأداء وتعزيز الدور في أوساط الجالية. 4- إنتخاب مسؤول إعلامي وناطق رسمي بإسم مجلس الأعيان . إفتتح الإجتماع الأخ رئيس المجلس وتحدث عن أنشطة الجمعية القادمة ومنها فعالية الأمن والسلامة التي تُقام سنوياً والتي ستُعقد الشهر القادم وستستضيف الفعالية المسؤولين في المدينة وكذلك أعضاء الشرطة والدفاع المدني الذين سيعملون على توعية الجالية بالإجراءات الأمنية التي تكفل السلامة لهم في أماكن العمل والسكن وكذلك تحدث عن العشاء الخيري الذي ستقيمه الجمعية في شهر مارس القادم إن شاء الله . تحدث الأستاذ جمال صالح عن الزمان والمكان الذي ستقام فيه فعالية الامن والسلامة كما تحدث الاخ عبدالعزيز جوبح عن النزول الميداني وجمع معلومات هامة من اجل الارتقاء بعملنا كجمعيه وكذلك اقترح اضافة اللغة العربية الى اوراق الجمعية الى جانب الانجليزية واقترح الأستاذ معاذ الموجري بأن يتم إستدعاء مستشاريين قانونيين من اجل إفادة ابناء الجالية فيما يخص قوانين الهجرة والعمل وغيرها خاصةً اولائك القادمون الجدد. كما اقترح الاخ عبدالعزيز جوبح انشاء جريدة شهرية تعنى بتغطية فعاليات ونشاطات الجمعية. كما تحدث الأستاذ معمر الغزالي في موضوع اللوائح الداخيلة للجمعية وكيف يجب على كل عضو ان يكون على دراية كاملة وعلى علم في كل بنودها. The Senate Committee of the Yemeni American Leadership Association held a monthly meeting yesterday in the presence of the Senate committee President, Mr. Abdulmalik Al-wageeh and the secretary of the Senate committee Dr. Ghaleb Al-homaikani and the following senate members:Jamal Saleh, Faisal Muharram, Muad Al-mogari, Mohamed Al-Doais, Abdulaziz Jobah, Muammar Al-Ghazali It has been put forward at the meeting and discussed the following agenda:1. The activities and programs coming up and also the role of the Senate committee during those events.2. We discussed about the monthly Pledge form and distribution to all its members to be filled and returned to the person who is responsible for the collection of all pledges that person will be appointed by the general board.3. How to activate the role of the Senate and put forward a proposals to improve performance and enhance among the community. 4. Electing a spokesman for the Senate Committee . The meeting was opened for discussion, spoke about the upcoming activities of the Assembly, including the event called safety day, which is held annually and which will be held next month and will host the city officials as well as police and civil defense members who will work on educating the community about security and ensure their safety at home or workplace. Also, we talked about the fundraising dinner, which will be planned by the General board next March. Mr. Jamal Saleh talked about time and place of SAFETY DAY. Abdul Aziz Jobah talked about the field work to collect important information in order to improve our work as an organization as well as the proposed addition of Arabic to the organization official paperwork along with English.Muad Almogari suggested that we invite legal advisors to answer any question that the community may have in regards to immigration, labor laws and other private benefits, also to focus on the newcomers. Abdulaziz Jobh suggested that YALA establish a monthly newsletter in Arabic and English covering the activities of the organization .Muammar al-Ghazali also spoke on the subject of the internal regulations of the Assembly ( YALA) and how each member must be fully aware and informed of all
